Everyone who knows me on a personal level will know what a GINORMOUS fan I am of food! Yes, I can not stop thinking about it, come to think of it, I might think of food more frequently than makeup....
Anyhoo, lately I've been feeling... hmmm, what is the correct term... sluggish... Sitting in front of the computer editing and just feeling like a big blob of gross-ness! :D
When hubby and I started dating in April 2008 I thought I was chubby, little did I know a few years down the line I would feel the way I feel now.
I am the take-away QUEEN of Port Elizabeth... But you already knew that judging by my frequent Facebook check-in's at Nando's Newton Park!
I owe a special thanks to my bestie, Nicola McConnell. Last week she told me about the Brentwood Diet. A weekend full of take-aways passed and on Monday morning (27 August 2012) I got out of bed and decided that I am going to do something about these hamster-cheeks of mine, SO, I got onto the scale and BOOOOM! 75.5 kg's stared up at me... Now, I weigh myself every morning (I know I'm suppose to weigh once a week), because it keeps me motivated!
Here's a layout of my progress:
Monday - 75.5 kgs
Tuesday - 74.9 kgs (Lost 600g)
Wednesday - 74.1 kgs (Lost 800 g)
Thursday (because I had a club wrap and strawberry smoothie from Kauai) - 74 kgs (Lost 100g)
Friday - 73.2 kgs (Lost 800g)
That is a total of 2.3 kgs in 5 days!
Here is what I eat on a daily basis:

Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs
Lunch:
Chicken breast / Fish (Steamed)
with any green veggies of your choice (steamed)
Dinner:
Chicken breast / Fish (Steamed)
with any green veggies of your choice (steamed)
NO salt or spices
No salad dressing or any sauces
No fruit
I still have my coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar with milk (especially when I crave chocolate)
So far, so good. I feel much more energetic and healthier! I hope this will benefit some of you as well! If I can do it, ANYONE CAN, TRUST ME!
I can not wait to go bikini shopping in December!
